Thanks to its manufacturing skills and market knowledge, built up from experience from several ice cream parlours in both Paris and Nice, NIKAIA ICE CREAM quickly earned a reputation as a competent and businesslike firm. The company supplies high quality products and sound tecnical and marketing advice. We now have a franchise scheme (LGM) for those starting out in the business and there are already eighteen ice cream parlours around the world profiting from our services and knowledge. Quality recognition outside France is now such that export amounts to twice the sales figures for France
